154-164 Clapham High Street is a mixed use project to regenerate an existing 4 storey building on a key corner site on the High Street. The development will provide improved retail at ground floor with a new basement extending under the building, and the conversion of the floors above from ancillary commercial space to residential accommodation along with a new build block of flats to the rear leaving a central podium courtyard as amenity.

The central hub accommodates restaurants, conference facilities, pools and spa, as well as rooms above. The use of locally sourced cross laminated ‘Scottish’ timber for the structure, will help the local economy as well as the low carbon footprint of the hotel’s construction.
