Having worked with Carlson Residor for many years in Dubai this was our first project with them in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A 250 key development in the heart of Riyadh. Like many hotels in the Middle East, the offerings and spaces within the hotel were impressive. 3 Restaurants, 300 person Conference/Wedding Venue, Business Centre, Spa Facilities and Serviced Apartments. This hotel forms part of the regeneration plan for the Saudi Vision 2030.
