The Glasgow House ​

Our Principle Scott Lawrie was invited to work with Glasgow Housing Association and Strathclyde University to provide four energy-efficient prototype homes known as ‘The Glasgow House’. The aim to dramatically reduce bills for heating and hot water. This design featured high standards of insulation, coupled with low energy running costs and simple technology. The result – a home with annual energy bills of circa £234. This prototype principle was rolled out for the Commonwealth Games, Athletes Village Development.
