Lowndes Square​

In super-prime residential areas of central London, like Belgravia, getting the most out of an existing building is an increasing focus for owners and developers. In this Lowndes Square project, we converted two flats into one. We then added a new floor, extending up into the air rights above this listed mansion block building. The result is a beautiful, duplex penthouse apartment.
