Working with long term development partners, Ethos obtained planning consent for this difficult back-lands site with all the constraints of Tree Protection Orders, below ground utilities and maintaining privacy for neighbours. We also helped find a development partner to build out the consented scheme and completed the detailed design through to completion. As a team we not only developed the architecture but also the interior design and digital brochures for marketing.
