We’re acting as architects and masterplanners for this mixed-use, regeneration scheme. There will be over 1,000 new homes, new NHS healthcare facilities and commercial space alongside new public realm. The scheme will champion low-carbon housing, MMC - modern methods of construction - and intergenerational living.

Nick Paterson joins Ethos Design & Architecture
We're really pleased to announce that Nick Paterson has joined Ethos as Group Director. Nick will be part of the Ethos senior management team, lead our exciting portfolio of projects in Scotland and provide technical and design input into all major projects.

Belfast Design Week
We are really pleased to be supporting Belfast Design Week and Ulster University’s Belfast School of Art by sponsoring their student poster competition, as featured on https://www.e-architect.co.uk/. Graphic design and illustration students are designing a poster focused on one specific attraction or business within Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter, an important hub in the city. The winner will be announced on November 17th at 3:00pm.
Plans for £12m aquarium in Belfast approved

EDA Office Move
Early this year we moved from Fitzhardinge street to 10 Gee's Court, moving from the basement to the second floor. Needless to say things are looking up.
Very proud to have received planning permission for our mixed residential tenure project in Maida Vale, from Westminster Council. Great team effort from all involved. The project includes townhouse, mews and flat typologies.
Eastern Gateway Bridge, Falkirk
Our Director Scott Lawrie representing EDA as part of the team involved in Design and Public Consultation for the new Eastern Gateway Bridge, Falkirk. Currently being held at Forth Valley College with our engineering partners WSP in the UK and Falkirk Council. This is a hugely exciting project for the practice but also Falkirk and it’s future sustainable infrastructural development.
